I have been a real estate agent for 15 years and in those 15 years have dealt with several clients who have used SWBC Mortgage to obtain their mortgages. I have personally received two mortgages from this company and loan officer Debbie Andersen in the Bountiful Utah office. In my opinion you will not find a better or more knowledgeable lender in the business. She is honest and works to serve the public and helps them obtain the right loan for their circumstances. I highly recommend anyone needing to obtain a mortgage for their new home to give Debbie Andersen a call. I have to say in all the years and the many transactions I and my clients have closed on.
